The young Boba Fett looked up to him, and it's clear that Cad Bane had an influence on him. In Attack of the Clones (2002), it was revealed that he was the perfect clone copy of the bounty hunter Jango Fett, who raised Boba as his own son. He became an icon in fan culture and the subject of many adventures in the Extended Universe that would eventually become Star Wars Legends. Fans were curious about the backstory of the mysterious bounty hunter who successfully tracked the Millennium Falcon and brought Han Solo to Jabba the Hutt in The Empire Strikes Back (1980). Additionally, she utilized a wide array of creative methods in order to get the job done, and arguably she would not have been stopped or caught if it had not been for the two Jedi Knights.īoba Fett is, without a doubt, the most famous bounty hunter in the Star Wars universe. While Zam Wesell was not successfuly in The Attack of the Clones (2002), it is assumed that Jango Fett chose her for this mission because of her previous accomplishments. Jango Fett killed Zam Wesell with a poison dart rather than allow her to reveal his identity. However, this attempt was foiled by Anakin Skywalker, who along with Obi-Wan Kenobi, chased down and caught Zam Wesell. Wesell's next attempt to kill Padmé used deadly and poisonous insects called Kouhuns. The blast did not kill the Senator, but did kill her body double and many others. Zam Wesell attempted to kill Padmé twice, first by planting an explosive on her ship. Like fellow bounty hunter Cato Parasitti, Zam Wesell was a Clawdite, a reptilian changeling species from the planet Zolan that was able to take on the appearance of other people. Zam Wesell was a bounty hunter hired by Jango Fett to kill Senator Padmé Amidala.
